Abi

Teaches Strength & Flow and TRX

I became a fitness and health coach after I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 16 years old, and other autoimmune illnesses following that. It has led me down a path of qualifying as a diabetes specialist, among other health qualifications.

I love working with clients to improve their wellbeing through exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle as medicine – working in harmony with their body.

I have been in this industry since 2016, and have worked with a range of clients & goals; managing arthritis, pre and post natal training, gaining strength, T1 and T2 diabetes, fat loss, general health and lots more!

Aleisha

Teaches Pilates

Hi! I am Aleisha and I am a fully qualified Stott Pilates instructor. I have been teaching Pilates for over 10 years and been in the fitness industry for well over 15 years!

I have worked as a Pilates rehab instructor within an osteopath clinic helping to alleviate all sorts of back pain and ailments for 6 years.

What I love most about my job is meeting new people and showing them all the incredible benefits of Pilates. Pilates is suitable for all ages (my oldest client is 85!!) and all abilities.

I am so excited to meet you all at the Fitness Hub Petworth!

Emma

Teaches Rebounding and yoga

Hi, I’m Emma, I am a rebounding and yoga teacher.  Having started rebounding in my early 20’s to help alleviate the symptoms of ME, it has been my regular exercise ever since.  

I trained with Bellicon as a Health instructor and am passionate about teaching rebounding as it is such a fun, effective and low impact exercise with a multitude of health benefits, such as improving balance, coordination and positivity, increasing bone density, strengthening pelvic floor and deep core muscles.

It really is a fabulous exercise for mind, body and soul, suitable for any age and ability.  My classes consist of a mix of cardio, strengthening and stretching, to music.  A light hearted and enjoyable form of exercise that makes you feel amazing.

Cardio Crusher, PowerSculpt, and TRX

Hello everyone, I’m Gareth. Some what of a jack of all trades, having done a multitude of different jobs, from aircraft maintenance to artisan gelato chef. Finally, I have found my calling.

Having always enjoyed fitness and watching sports like rugby and competitive strongman, my main focus as a gym instructor, is to help people become both stronger and mobile. Allowing people to use their new strength, whilst feeling more comfortable in their bodies.

Jayne

Teaches Yoga

Hi I’m Jayne, I have always had a passion for movement and trained as a dancer from a young age. However, a pivotal moment arose when I had a fall causing a spinal fracture and compression of the vertebrae this put a hult to my dance career. It was after this challenging period that I discovered the profound healing potential of yoga while traveling in Thailand. This took me on a new exciting path. Motivated by my newfound passion for both physical and mental well-being, I immersed myself in the practice of yoga.

I have been teaching Yoga for over 7 years it has changed my life and truly inspired me to share the magic of yoga with others. I Continue to train and build my practice, strengthening my knowledge every day.

Nicky

Teaches Boxercise and Strength

Hi I’m Nicky, You’ll usually find me working as a Chiropractor and I am also a qualified personal trainer.

I love encouraging people to have fun with fitness. I’ve been involved in sport for a number of years and I enjoy seeing everyone have fun whilst getting moving!!

Sophie

Gentle Dance Cardio

Sophie started dancing from the age of 3 years old. She then went on to gain her DDE with ISTD in all three main genres (Ballet, Tap and Modern).

Throughout Sophie’s teaching career, she has worked with many dance schools and even opened her own successful school.

Sophie is also a qualified Barre instructor with JPilates and a qualified Zumba instructor. She thoroughly enjoys building classes and cannot wait to get in the studio for some Zumba.

Teaches Barre, Boxercise, Bodyblast, TRX, Strength and JungleBlitz

Hi & welcome to the Hub! I hope you enjoy working out with us here, my aim is to help you feel great by finding exercise you enjoy. I absolutely LOVE being a fitness instructor, I have a background in dance so dance cardio is my passion but becoming qualified in other aspects of fitness has been amazing. My main aim is to make you love coming to our classes; if we have you sweating & smiling by the end I’m happy!

I have one rule in my classes – there is NO judgement. I cannot wait to share my passion for feel good fitness with you!
