The classes
Choose from a wide variety of fitness classes.These are generally 45 minutes with warm up and warm down as part of this time. Your instructor will guide you and ensure the pace fits your experience. You will always be looked after and be working out at an appropriate level for you. It doesn’t matter what age, or level of currrent fitness you are at.
It certainly doesn’t matter how you identify. Everyone is welcome!
