The Classes

Choose from a wide variety of fitness classes. These are generally 45 minutes’ long with warm up and warm down as part of this time. Your instructor will guide you and ensure the pace fits your experience. You will always be looked after and be working out at an appropriate level for you. It doesn’t matter what age, or level of currrent fitness you are at.

It certainly doesn’t matter how you identify. Everyone is welcome!

Barre

A strength training Pilates based workout with no cardio or jumping. Challenging your core for balance, improving your strength, balance, power and flexibility, it really is an all rounder! Each exercise can be modified or challenged to ensure it is suitable for all abilities.

Box Fit

Box Fit is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. High-intensity interval training from quick punches to fast feet, all the movements will be sure to raise your heart rate!

Jungle Dance

Join us for a full body workout that combines dance, strength training  and core work. Step into the high energy world of our JungleBlitz class, where you will find yourself dancing to upbeat music in a club like atmosphere. Our easy to follow routines are designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving with high intensity moves that will leave you feeling invigorated and energised.

Take your workout to the next level with the use of glute bands, dumbbells and an intense abs routine to finish. Get ready to tone and sculpt your body from head to toe in a fun and engaging environment.

Kettlebell Fusion

This kettlebell class includes a bit of everything! – strength, cardio, mobility, core, balance, endurance and loads more!

Kettlebells are a fantastic way to get fit and get in shape as well as being great fun! Learn KB techniques in these empowering workouts open to beginners through to advanced. Requires being comfortable getting on and off a floor mat, as well as holding the Kettlebell safely.

Pilates

Power Pilates is a dynamic fusion class that blends traditional Pilates principles with a variety of mat and standing movements. This class emphasises breath control, precise movement, and core engagement to cultivate a strong, stable centre.

Designed to promote a meditative, mindful movement experience, guiding you through controlled exercises that challenge your strength and endurance, all while encouraging focus and presence.

Expect to work up a sweat, build functional strength, and leave feeling balanced, recharged, and in a state of calm awareness. Suitable for all levels seeking a full-body workout that combines mind and body in harmony.

Powersculpt

A comprehensive strength class that targets muscle building and toning using dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight. This includes a variety of exercises to challenge different muscle groups, enhance overall strength and promote muscle toning.

Expect a well rounded workout that combines traditional strength training with functional movements. Individuals of all fitness levels can benefit from this inclusive and effective strength training class. 

Rebounder

With Emma

A fun and low impact exercise with a multitude of health and fitness benefits – increasing bone density, strengthening pelvic floor and core back muscles, stimulating lymphatic flow, helping co-ordination and balance and many more.

A blend of cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises to music on Bellicon mini rebounder trampolines. Rebounding has been proven to be more effective at burning fat and calories than jogging.
A highly effective and thoroughly uplifting form of exercise, as with every bounce the metabolic performance of the body is improved through the tension and relaxation of cells and muscles.

Strength & Core

A challenging strength and core fitness class. This workout is designed to push you to new limits, targeting your core muscles, arms, legs and glutes with a variety of exercises using dumbbells and body weight, with no repeats, that will challenge your strength and endurance.

TRX

Total Resistance Training. A workout with a difference! This simple piece of equipment pits you against your own bodyweight.


By adding push/pull resistance to each exercise, the TRX forces you to fight against gravity, turning simple bodyweight exercises into something much tougher and demands that you to engage your core.
The continuous circuit-like flow from one move to another keeps your heart rate high throughout the class, ensuring you burn maximum calories whilst simultaneously building strength.
