Gareth

Hello everyone, I’m Gareth, somewhat a jack of all trades. Having done a multitude of different jobs from aircraft maintenance to artisan gelato chef, finally I have found my calling.

Having always enjoyed fitness & watching sports like rugby and competitive strongman, my main focus as a gym instructor is to help people become both stronger & mobile, allowing people to use their new strength whilst feeling more comfortable in their bodies.

Stacey

Hi & welcome to the Hub! I hope you enjoy working out with us here. My aim is to help you to feel great by finding exercise you enjoy. I absolutely LOVE being a fitness instructor and I have a background in dance so dance is my passion but becoming qualified in other aspects of fitness has been amazing. My main aim is to make you love coming to our classes; if we have you sweating & smiling by the end I’m happy!

I have one rule in my classes – there is NO judgement. I cannot wait to share my passion for feel good fitness with you!

Eloise

Hello, my name is Eloise! I am a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, and Sports Model. I love coaching all things – from strength training to Pilates to yoga. I am passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals and build their dream physique.

In addition, I am a competitive runner and horse rider, so if I’m not in the gym, this is where you’ll find me! I am a strong advocate for health and wellness, and I hope to help and inspire as many people as I can.

I am thrilled to join this team and look forward to seeing many of you in class. It’s really important to me that everyone feels comfortable, leaves feeling strong, and has had a good time!
